Although epoxy vinyl ester resins have been used in composites industry for more than 30 years, they have been used in different processes other than prepregs.

Our main aim is to enhance and enlarge the use of epoxy vinyl ester resins by promoting Simprex® into the advanced composites market, traditionally monopolized by epoxy prepregs, and into the conventional composites market traditionally monopolized by hand wet lay-up processes.

For many applications requiring epoxy prepregs like performance, Simprex® prepregs offer a valuable cost effective alternative solution for the advanced composite manufacturers.
 

Adding more value to our product line, we are offering more conventional prepregs from phenolic and epoxy resins.

GCM phenolic prepregs, Phepreg®, are highly suitable for fire retardant composite applications. We have a novel technology engineered to produce a new generation of phenolic prepregs with outstanding valuable features and the highest Fire, Smoke and Toxicity performance.

All our epoxy vinyl ester and phenolic prepregs are designed to be under a stable phase, "B-Stage", at ambient room temperature. This unique nature has a significant cost cutting effect in terms of shipping and storing.
